Eight precision tests. One trusted partner.

PRECISION TESTING

Eight tests. One coordinated view of fertility.

From embryo genetics to the microbiome, immunity, stimulation response, and metabolic predisposition.

01 / EMBRYO GENETIC TESTING

Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing

01

PGT-A / ANEUPLOIDY

Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy

Using a Next Generation Sequencing platform to assess embryo biopsies for chromosomal abnormalities — providing the precision needed to identify which embryos have the best chance of leading to a healthy pregnancy.

02

PGT-M / MONOGENIC

Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic Conditions

Assesses embryo biopsies for hereditary variants from parental origin. Custom probes are developed in collaboration with patients to achieve optimal accuracy — and may reduce the need for additional family member testing.

03

PGT-SR / STRUCTURAL

Pre-Implantation Genetic Testing for Structural Rearrangements

Assesses embryo biopsies for inherited abnormal karyotypes. Work directly with Conceivium to evaluate your specific case and develop a tailored testing strategy.

02 / REPRODUCTIVE ENVIRONMENT

Microbiome and Immune Insight

04

REPROMAP / MICROBIOME

Microbiome Assessment Panel

ReproMAP uses Next Generation Sequencing for metagenomic analysis of vaginal swabs, menstrual blood, and semen. Species-level identification ensures we accurately characterize microbes — going beyond what genus-level testing can detect.

FemaleMAP assesses vaginal swab and menstrual blood samples. PartnerMAP adds semen analysis for a fuller picture of the fertility couple.

05

REPROMMUNITY / IMMUNE

Immune Profile Analysis

Reprommunity uses qPCR, flow cytometry, and ELISA techniques to evaluate the immunogenetics and immune cell profiles of both partners — determining the optimal conditions for conception.

Detects immune cell ratios, cytokine ratios, T cell response, immune compatibility, parental immune genotypes, and parental immunogenetic overlaps.

06

REPRODUO / BUNDLED PACKAGE

ReproDUO

Combines our ReproMAP (FemaleMAP) test with Reprommunity to provide a complete snapshot of the couple’s microbiome and immune systems — in one comprehensive bundle.

The most efficient way to understand both biological systems that influence fertility outcomes.

03 / PERSONALIZED RESPONSE

Stimulation and Metabolic Genetics

07

FSH RECEPTOR / STIMULATION

FSH Receptor Test

Uses qPCR technology to determine a patient’s optimal response to FSH medications — helping to optimize response during medical stimulation and reduce the risk of low-response cycles.

08

GMP / METABOLIC

Genetic Metabolic Profile

FTO and MC4R Test. Uses qPCR technology to determine a patient’s specific genotype and assess their genetic predisposition to metabolic challenges — evaluating how the body responds to and produces hunger hormones.

TEST EXPLANATIONS

Microbiome

What is it?

Our endometrial microbiome test uses a non-invasive at-home collection method to determine what microbes are present in your uterus. Through the menstrual blood sample you send us, we use our advanced genetic technologies to take the microbes from your sample and let us know exactly which microbes might be populating your uterus. We are looking for a specific group of bacteria called “Lactobacillus” which is a classification of bacteria that has been shown to grow a favourable environment in your uterus. Our test even lets us tell you what kind of “Lactobacillus” and other microbes are present down to the species level (think Rottweiler vs large dog), which lets this test help guide your treatment and fertility journey more specifically than other available test.

What does the evidence show?

In women with recurrent implantation failure or recurrent pregnancy loss they underwent microbial sequencing like our test here. They separated the groups into “dysbiosis” (bad microbes present) and “normal Biosis” (good microbes present). The dysbiosis group underwent antibiotics, probiotics or no treatment. The group receiving antibiotics and probiotics had significantly higher ongoing pregnant rates compared the non-treatment group (Iwami 2022;2025). In another repeated implantation failure study, 88.9% of women with uterine dysbiosis achieved clinical pregnancy after antibiotics and probiotics (Hiratsuka 2025).

Who Should Do It?

Patients experiencing recurrent implantation failure and/or recurrent pregnancy loss.

TEST EXPLANATIONS

Immune Testing

What is it?

Our immune testing panel combines cellular tests with genetic tests to look at your overall immune system and your compatibility with your partner. This test determines the “goldilocks zone” required for embryo implantation. We do not want your immune system over or under reactive when your embryo is implanting. This test can determine factors of your immune system that can contribute to hyperactivity or under activity in your critical immune cells.

What does the evidence show?

Women with repeated implantation failure and recurrent loss had higher levels of NK cells compared to patients with typical pregnancies (Woon 2022).

How is the test done?

Blood samples are taken from both partners and are sent to our lab for cellular and genetic investigations.

Who should do this test?

Patients experiencing recurrent implantation failure and/or recurrent pregnancy loss.
